My Favourite artist

Well guys today my post is about my favourite  artist, but there a lot  the ways to understand the word “artist” and you know I am studying Theory and History of Art so the word “artist” is a bit complex to me. Whatever, I have to write, so I have to choose my favourite artist just in this moment (as forever in my post). Then I choose a dance performer called Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, she is Belgium, she is  born in 1960 and she is a choreographers in contemporary dance. She founded “Rosas” a company dance. I like her because she is brilliant, She does the performances in scene and besides she created them, maybe appear she does not do something new, but that is because today so much dancers do the same but she is of the generation that started the contemporary dance.  Her movements are very delicate but with strength. She has the technique, obviously she is a professional of the dance. The arguments of her  works are about  the position of the woman in the present world. The women in all their faces. She is a master in the control of the body so when you look one of her performances you can understand all the work behind. I like her so much, I hope you enjoy too.
